    I called at 5:15 pm on 3/30/17 and the jailer I spoke with about bonding a friend out ( he was being housed for Appanoose county) was a total jerk and was acting like he was over everyone telling me my friend wasnt going anywear even if I posted bail, when I told him Appanoose county jail informed me of the bond amount I was going to pay he got angry and told me he didn't have time to check on the specifics about the subject. To protect and serve sure is not how this particular officer performs his job and should be terminated immediatly in my opinion.
